9/11 Garden Revitalization

On this National Day of Service, we aim to honor those we lost and heroes of 9/11 through acts of service to support a new generation of civic-minded Americans.
Join AmeriCorps Guahan Sustainable Culture to commemorate this occasion as we bring together individuals and groups at the G3 community gardens in Hagatna (directly across the post office), to help accomplish tasks on our garden to-do lists and allow volunteers to explore this unique and productive space.
Common tasks include weeding, turning compost, spreading mulch and beautifying garden spaces. No experience needed – you’ll learn as you work! Please bring a re-usable water bottle, hat, sunblock, closed toe shoes, and gloves if you have them.
