Healthy Futures Challenge Workshop 5: Harvesting and Food Preservation

Join us for our fifth Healthy Futures Challenge workshop, Intro to Gardening and Local Food Nutrition. In this workshop, participants will gain an understanding of how to harvest, dry, and store seeds for the garden. In addition, they will learn about food preservation.

The workshop will be on Saturday, January 27 from 8:30 – 11:00 am at the Guam Green Growth Garden in Hagåtña. The garden is directly across the post office on the corner of Aspinall Avenue and Chalan Santo Papa.
