Serve and Grow Internship Program

Description

Interns will work alongside our Program Directors and Coordinators, and will serve our Li’l Sprouts Summer Program participants. The Serve and Grow Internship Program for Summer 2023 is 8 weeks long with 2 sessions. The program hours

are set for Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 4:00pm. We prefer that interns serve during the entire day, however, we can accommodate morning or afternoon shifts if needed.

Those who complete the program will be considered for the Sustainable Futures Scholarship to be awarded in May 2024.

Goals

We are looking for high school students who would like to gain experience in a challenging and rewarding environment.

Ranging from administrative to agricultural work, our Serve and Grow Internship Program will provide hands-on
opportunities that foster workplace skills and personal connections.

Participants will gain experience in organizing and planning, as well as improving their communication, teamwork
and leadership skills.
