What to Expect

GSC currently maintains two community gardens. One is located at Sagan Kotturan Chamoru in lower Tumon and the other across the Hagatna post office. As this number begins to increase, we look to our community members for their assistance.

Volunteer tasks include seed sowing, tree planting, invasive species removal, weeding, watering, harvesting, and other garden activities!

We encourage participants to bring a hat, sunscreen, a reusable water bottle, gloves, and closed toe shoes (required).

Volunteer as a Site Supervisor!

Site Supervisors are a big piece of the development of members!
Not only do they provide adequate supervision of the AmeriCorps Members at their service sites, but they play
an important role in facilitating their learning and growth. The Site Supervisor will provide information,
orientation, guidance, and support necessary to contribute to our programs and to help the members
experience personal and professional growth.

If you are interested in volunteering as a Site Supervisor, CLICK HERE or call (671) 486-4721.
