Virtual Pickling Workshop

On May 29, 2021, Guåhan Sustainable Culture joined Casey Castro, owner of Capitol Kitchen, to host another successful online workshop on how to make pickled vegetables, perfectly crisp and preserved. The 45 individuals who registered for the workshop were sent a list of ingredients before hand and encouraged to make their own jar of pickled vegetables during the workshop for a fun, hands-on experience. The class was free to attend and made possible thanks to the support from Humanities Guåhan and the National Endowment for the Humanities (NEH).If you missed it, click below to access a recording of this workshop. The class was free to attend and made possible thanks to the support from Humanitites Guåhan and the National Endowment for the Humanities (NEH).https://youtu.be/vhAmR2BLoJg
