Healthy Futures Challenge Workshop 1: Intro to Gardening and Local Food Nutrition

Join us for our first Healthy Futures Challenge workshop, Intro to Gardening and Local Food Nutrition. In this workshop, participants will discuss the process of planting vegetables and herbs. We will also learn the importance of nutrition and the nutrition information of vegetables and herbs.
The workshop will be on Saturday, November 4 from 8:30 – 11:00 am at the Guam Green Growth Garden in Hagåtña. The garden is directly across the post office on the corner of Aspinall Avenue and Chalan Santo Papa.
